we have a tool on which you can easily modify the language of all the visible lines

Options of your Customers

  • Without login: he can see all the configuration of the product and data sheets
  • With login: he can get again all the configuration, but he can also have 3D drawings, competitors cross reference and a form to sent a direct request to you.
  • Prices: you can choose to show to a login customer also the hydro-mec gross prices on which you can after give a discount

Privacy of your Customers name

In the moment you login one of your customers into your web site, don’t use the name, but only a numeric ID that we recommend to be a progressive number of max 8 numbers.

In this case your customer is like an unknown user having access to the options of wich only you know the names.

To realize all this is very easy

We provide at your IT manager a small script like this:

  4. api_token: provided by Hydro-Mec

  6. id_user: your user ID login ( set 0 for user that are not login)

Inside this script you will not only select the lines of products, but also the languages and the contact name into your sales dep. at which your customers will send the requests.

Final comments / suggestion

Since some websites are quite complex and not always easy to find products, to better utilize this tool, we strongly suggest a Direct link from the homepage with a pop up or a banner, showing: “Select your gearbox with few click“
This because often, the selection of the products becomes lost in general websites and sometimes not so attractive.
A good example can be our Hydromec web, where you can select the products in few clicks.
